OceanSphere Bridge ("Service") is a cloud-based team workspace platform with real-time chat, file storage, task management, and collaborative notes, featuring automatic cross-language translation.
New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to maintain write access. Existing data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after the trial ends.
Plans are available in monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly plans include a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, SEPA direct debit, Przelewy24, BLIK. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service is hosted in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg). Translation is performed offline without external API calls.
Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to their workspace. The Provider does not access workspace content except for technical support when explicitly authorized or as required by law.
Upon workspace deletion, data is retained for 30 days before permanent removal. Audit logs are retained independently.
The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months. The Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These terms are governed by Polish law. The competent court is in Warsaw, Poland.
